Meet the team

David Humphreys BSc MRICS formed his own practice in 2003 and is able to call upon a wealth of previous experience in varied projects. The team also includes Design Consultant Luke Breese BA Hons Architecture, who joined in October 2014. They complement each other with technical knowledge and a flair for design which can be applied to a wide range of building projects and solutions. The team also benefits from the support of our Structural Engineer, Planning Specialist and Landscape Architect.

Our service begins with a free site visit to discuss your requirements. We have particular expertise in the use of computer-aided design, which enables us to manipulate plans and make changes on request with minimal fuss. Our designs help you to achieve a certain amount of flair whilst keeping an eye on budgets.

We carry full professional indemnity insurance, and are well equipped to deal with any problems that may arise during the construction process. We have immediate access to Structural Engineers, and have a wealth of experience in Design, Planning and Building Regulation matters.
