We were able to achieve planning permission for this new dwelling in the rear garden of an existing property. There we a number of planning restrictions on this site, but we were able to provide our clients with everything on their wish list. The new house took design cues from properties in the area and features a timber clad gable with large oak framed gable windows.  A large double garage, with living accommodation above was also provided.
