Two New Dwellings, Wistanswick
We were approached by the client who had purchased a plot of land with the aim of developing it. After an initial feasibility study we managed to secure planning permission for two large five bed dwellings both with a detached double garage. Each dwelling had slight differences but both had a strong connection to outside space and views to the north.
