Replacement Dwelling, Coalmoor
This self build new dwelling in Coalmoor, Telford was built to replace an old run down cottage which didn’t meet the client’s needs. The brief was to create a spacious, light four bed new house to suit the generous plot making the most of the views and long garden.
The east facing glazed gable allows natural light to flood into the building and creates a link to the outside space in the summer room and master bedroom. The design incorporates high levels of insulation and triple glazing with an air source heat pump making it very efficient to heat. The clients are extremely happy with their new dream home.
